GOTS-CERTIFIED COTTON, FLAX & HEMP PLA

The Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) is the worldwide leading textile processing standard for organic fibres, including ecological and social criteria, backed up by independent certification of the entire textile supply chain. Our GOTS Fibre content is 100% Vegan, 100% natural, 100% recyclable, plastic-free and chemical-free. Notably, our GOTS cotton is produced on farms using only rainfall irrigation. Fibres are mixed with PLA and thermally-bonded. PLA binding fibre is produced by using plants such as sugar cane to transform greenhouse gases into sugars that can then be fermented. The technology converts lactic acid into a PLA (polylactic acid) polymer to bind fibres.
